Edukasi Pencegahan Cedera Ankle Melalui Pelatihan Pemanasan Kombinasi Pada Siswa Bakong Pittaya School

Kesehatan fisik adalah fondasi utama bagi siswa Bakong Pittaya School dalam mengikuti aktivitas akademik maupun ekstrakurikuler. Namun, tingginya angka cedera pergelangan kaki (ankle sprain) menjadi kendala serius yang sering kali disebabkan oleh rendahnya literasi pencegahan dan pola pemanasan statis yang sudah tidak relevan. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini hadir untuk memberikan solusi melalui pelatihan pemanasan kombinasi yang mengintegrasikan elemen keseimbangan, kekuatan dinamis, dan kontrol motorik proprioseptif.
Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan secara sistematis, mulai dari koordinasi kurikulum, sosialisasi teori berbasis visual, hingga praktik lapangan yang menekankan pada memori motorik. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan; secara kuantitatif, rata-rata pengetahuan siswa melonjak dari skor 44,25 menjadi 90,25. Selain itu, 90% peserta menunjukkan peningkatan stabilitas fisik yang nyata. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan praktik langsung jauh lebih efektif dalam membangun "sistem alarm" otomatis pada tubuh siswa untuk mencegah cedera. Program ini merekomendasikan agar sekolah mengintegrasikan teknik pemanasan modern ke dalam kurikulum olahraga guna menjamin perlindungan fisik siswa secara berkelanjutan dan jangka panjang.
